The laundry room isn't ever going to be my favorite room in the house... to design OR to spend time in... but a little revamping went a long way in updating this space. Gone are the mylar vertical blinds that used to screen the washer/dryer... in came a custom cornice made from a few pieces of moulding, a floating panel to hide the washer hoses and a couple of ready cut shelves on nickel brackets. All in all, a relatively inexpensive, easy fix for a problem spot. Samarotto Design Group
