Adding to the eclectic collection of furnishings, this custom made headboard was designed to repeat similar shapes and patterns use throughout this penthouse home. It is decorated with nail heads that mimic the shape and tie in the metal of the bedside lamps. The lamps repeat the exotic style and add symmetry on the chinese bedside cabinets. As in the living room another brightly coloured persian patchwork carpet is used to ground the space and compliment the purple wall colour. The rest of the walls are white and along with the white furnishings, help to balance the bold use of colour. Photo: Rena Poulsen Design
