Everything Home
We redesigned the entire home, layout, and chose the furniture. The palette is neutral with black accents and an interplay of textures and patterns. We wanted to make the best use of the space and designed with functionality as a priority.

Welcome to this sports lover’s paradise in West Chester, PA! We started with the completely blank palette of an unfinished basement and created space for everyone in the family by adding a main television watching space, a play area, a bar area, a full bathroom and an exercise room. The floor is COREtek engineered hardwood, which is waterproof and durable, and great for basements and floors that might take a beating. Combining wood, steel, tin and brick, this modern farmhouse looking basement is chic and ready to host family and friends to watch sporting events!

With some imagination and muscle, this master suite was transformed from a funky shaped bathroom with a small standup shower and one sink to a luxurious, spacious with a double vanity, soaking tub, and open glass shower. The door was moved to a different wall allowing us to move the plumbing over for the vanity and allowed us enough room to add the stand alone tub. The outdated glass bricks were removed and a high clear window was added in the shower.

A corner shower with a radial curb maximizes space. Glass blocks, built into the existing window opening add light and the solid surface window sill and window surround provide a waterproof barrier.

Chi Renovation & Design
This bathroom renovation kept the vintage ambiance while incorporating a few contemporary finishes. We replaced the pedestal sink with a contemporary square, wall mounted sink & faucet, repainted the radiator in a glamorous silver color, installed octagon-designed floor tiles, new subway tile, designed a sleek medicine cabinet, and installed two shower shelves that were safe and out of reach from the client’s children.

123 Remodeling Inc.
Our main goal for this bathroom remodel was to update and brighten the space. It’s a small bathroom so to achieve this, we designed the shower walls with white, timeless subway tile installing it in a modern, vertical pattern. Black marble hexagon floor tile provided a unique twist on a classic natural material and the simplistic and clean black plumbing fixtures created a contrast in the space. A floating vanity allowed for the practical storage a small bathroom needs while feeling light and modern as the wood finish adds warmth. The unique size of the shower allowed us to create a custom built-in cubby / shower bench with storage to utilize every inch of space while allowing the natural light to shine through.

How do you turn a small bathroom into a spa experience? We did it in this lovely little space in Ferndale. We started with a bathroom that had had few updates over the last 50 years, and we ended with a soaking tub, serene subway tile, soft gold fixtures and a nod to our client’s favorite style – midcentury modern – with a beautiful walnut floating vanity. We created storage in a little niche of the bathroom and topped it off with sconce lighting. This is a space you’ll never want to leave!

This Willow Glen Eichler had undergone an 80s renovation that sadly didn't take the midcentury modern architecture into consideration. We converted both bathrooms back to a midcentury modern style with an infusion of Japandi elements. We borrowed space from the master bedroom to make the master ensuite a luxurious curbless wet room with soaking tub and Japanese tiles.
