The "Wild Jungle Nursery" was a project we completed for a soon to be transitioning toddler. Our client chose a theme that their son could grow into and could also be educational. By using the wild jungle theme, we created fun decor that was interactive and soothing. We changed the original wall color, lighting, and used some existing furniture to make the transition easier. The nursery is one that can easily be changed to a big boy room, coming soon!

this custom designed changing dresser in mango yellow was made to fit the perfect needs of a newborn baby, and have enough storage area for diapers, changing utensils, bigger and smaller items. two narrow drawers and four pull outs give practical use of the space. the rounded aluminum handles give an optimum of handling and the rounded shape prevent from unwanted bumps along the way. the furniture can be re used as regular storage cabinet for toys and the parents once baby grows up.

Colourful kids bedroom for a three year old. The room needed plenty of storage for toys, books and clothes, but also to have plenty of usable spaces. So I incorporated a small reading nook and chose the mid-sleeper bed for the increased storage. Plus it doubles as a pull out bed underneath for sleepovers. I kept the base colours to clean greys and white and brought the scheme together with pops of colour echoed in the bunting, bedding etc for a modern, scandi look.

A large family who regularly entertains, wanted a home that looked beautiful and sophisticated, but could withstand high traffic and their busy life style. Art and family antiques were important focal points in each room. In the children's rooms, the goal was to create spaces that would not require a re-design as the children grew into teenagers.

Beautiful Children's Nursery Design created for my clients baby girl. The brief was to create a gender neutral space for the arrival of their baby with a stylish yet practical look and feel. This room was created using high street brands and online vendors by hand selecting items with affordable price tags and stylish features to create a room reflective of my clients personal style.

Space planning was essential in the nursery with the room being so compact. Originally the crib was over by the arch window, but the clients have such great natural light flowing in, we didn't want to interrupt that. Installing a custom bench by the adjacent window added extra sitting space for the family.

These dressers were refurbished for the nursery to add gold accents. To get the "lace" effect, simply get some lace fabric, lay it over the drawers and spray paint them! Easy and fun DIY that makes Scarlett's nursery unique.

Baby boy's nursery with a eclectic and colourful theme. Adventure, feathers and boho themed products come together beautifully to create a baby boy’s room different than your standard nursery. I was on a tight budget and most of the items where sourced second hand, handmade or relatively cheap. The end result is fun and the mountains reflect my Canadian heritage which I hope our baby boy will enjoy. Photos by Crib creative

Unique space layouts can be a challenge but also an opportunity to add purpose and visual separation. Changing station and sleeping area are well defined and artfully combined.
Design Penguin Ltd
Design Penguin created a bright fun nursery for baby Frank in his parent's traditional cottage. Overcoming structural challenges, the design made the most of the original beams and stonework in the room. A gender neutral scheme was created with a restful Farrow and Ball Elephant's Breath and Hound Lemon palette. The original Ercol rocking chair was sourced from a local antique specialist.
