Expect the unexpected, especially when it comes to renovations. And, it proved true for our clients at Tallebudgera in SEQ. The project looked simple enough. But, when demolition began, termites were discovered in the main bathroom and adjacent bedroom. These destructive pests had entered via the shower drain and eaten every timber stud. Fortunately, our experienced team removed the damaged timber and organised a professional pest treatment of the whole house to prevent further outbreaks. With the termites disposed of, the renovation finally began. Our carpenters replaced all timber, sheeting, window frames, skirting boards, architraves, and flooring. While our Inhouse Designer Taylor Farmer created a brand new stylish and functional bathroom and ensuite. Using only the best qualified tradespeople, we accomplished a fantastic bathroom and ensuite.
