I'm exploring the possibility of putting a scullery as part of the kitchen renos to try and smartly use the corner. The main use is to leave my appliances (stand mixer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc) out on the bench but have the option to 'hide' it. Sink is not necessary. What would be the minimum space to allow (would appreciated minimum bench depth and walkway width too please). TIA
