A view from the living area into the kitchen and wine room
Here you can see another example of making the home contemporary in style, with the floor to ceiling, glass enclosure for the wine room. You can also see how we turned the corner and carried the cabinet panel along the wall. It is hard to make out but there is a hidden, push to open door, that leads into the walk in pantry. A subtle detail but we thought it would provide a touch if interest along this wall surface.

Gravitas
Stunning mountain side home overlooking McCall and Payette Lake. This home is 5000 SF on three levels with spacious outdoor living to take in the views. A hybrid timber frame home with hammer post trusses and copper clad windows. Super clients, a stellar lot, along with HOA and civil challenges all come together in the end to create some wonderful spaces.

Wineware Racks and Accessories Ltd
Medium sized wine cellar for a private home in Loxwood, UK. The room is filled with a combination of 300mm deep storage cubes and additional storage shelves due to the size restrictions of the room. The work top allows for additional storage on top, if and when required. All of the racking supplied is made of natural pine and the wine room can store over 480 bottles in total.

This wine cellar used a custom stain to match the antique furniture pieces. The custom Racking design was made with knotty alder and included diamond bin storage units.
L/L Design - Build - Furnish
Our client purchased this home and realized he was never going to use the formal dining room, and one thing that I highly believe in is we should use our homes the way we want to live in them… Thus his dream of a wine room was soon underway.
We spent many months planning, designing, revising the designs, to make sure this investment was going to be exactly what he wanted.
The results truly tell the story. No detail was left unfinished: from the hand stained walnut cabinets, to the precise countertop ogee edging seamlessly flowing into the walnut cabinet edging. Custom trim at the HVAC ceiling vents as well as the wine cooler vent at the toe kick. Dimmable lighting all around, speakers system, optic clear glass doors with custom family name etching.
This is truly a meeting place, entertaining paradise, and remarkable home wine cellar.
