The dramatic stair is seen at the entry of the home. Beyond the stair are glass French doors that open up to a large deck overlooking the ocean. We took these stairs that are over 100 years old and painted the tops and added wallpaper to the back risers for a new look.

This entry was very nondescript. It was a right angles with a wood rail. We pushed the front door out and created a large porch which enabled us to create a more dynamic stairway. The client loved lattice work and lily's so we combined the two and came up with this design for the artist that created the wrought iron railing.

This project is set on a beautiful cove with strong views of a large lake in New Hampshire. The entry view begins in the courtyard and goes straight through to the water. The “sweetspot” for this house became the tower, the anchor for the whole composition. The kitchen opens onto the great room where stone adorns the fireplace. The shape of the tower energizes the Master Bedroom ceiling.
