Dianne's advice and guidance throughout our renovation were invaluable. The layout that we ended up going with was perfect for us, and we would never have come up with that layout ourselves. Dianne made the process very easy, and the selections for the kitchen and bathroom really made the house. I highly recommend going with Pasco Design to get the right layout.

We used Dianne for both building and interior design, the majority of our work together was on the interiors. Her advice was invaluable to us from understanding regulations through to products and colours to use. Ours is a unique home with a very particular style that could have gone one of two ways - totally faux or authentic - and with Dianne's input it turned out as I had imagined it in my mind. authentic and beautiful!

We approached Dianne with vague concerns about our awkward kitchen and living area. She took the time to listen to us and we started with 7 hand-drawn options of what we could possibly do to improve our home. We discussed the pros and cons of each option and then moved to CAD drawings. Dianne was fantastic to work with and always took the time to listen to us and suggest options that could help with the design of our home. We now have our home back after a 5 month renovation and what a difference! It now has a fantastic flow and is so much more livable.

Dianne has been a pleasure to deal with. She listens and works with your visions, during the planning stage and always willing to provide her views and recommendations when there's a better way of doing things (including where to invest in the highest quality and where savings can be made). Dianne has made the design and town planning process simple for us and has gone the extra mile to provide sound advice. We'll continue to go back to her in future and have already recommended her to multiple friends.

Pasco Design did a great job on a major kitchen, living area and family bathroom renovation involving substantial structural work. The process was smooth, with great attention to detail and the finished result is fabulous! It's totally changed the character of the living area particularly and massively improved the home.

Dianne came up with a great design concept for my renovation. She was very mindful of my concerns for having enough light and for trying to keep the space as open and airy as possible since the area is quite narrow. She initially came up with 5 very different design concepts - all interesting ideas that I hadn't even thought of. She places a big emphasis on the space with furniture in it so that you can actually see how much room you will have, if things will be a little tight etc.- so that she can then work to adjust dimensions accordingly. Dianne is very skilled in understanding the gist of what you want to achieve. She was receptive to any questions/queries and responded / communicated promptly at all times. Dianne went on to complete the elevation plans and now I am at the stage of having received costings from builders. I will touch base with Dianne later when I need further advice on more specifics such as materials for windows/stacker doors etc and for advice on the exact kind of look I want to achieve in the end. Project: Exterior paint walls, fence and roof. Dianne from Pasco Design arrived on time, organised and listened us. As we live in a heritage area (although not a heritage house), she had information regarding council regulations with her. At Dianne's next visit, she had A4 sheets of the three different colour palettes we'd previously discussed. I found Dianne's experience and confidence helped my husband and I make a decision we will be happy with. Painters start in a few weeks!

Starting with a picture we had torn out of a magazine, Dianne worked with us to create a wonderful kitchen, laundry and additional storage. Along the way she took the time to understand our real needs and suggested brilliant ideas to make our dream come alive. She managed a husband with conflicting ideas, applied great attention to detail and delivered our project on time and to a budget. And she's a really nice person, warm, engaging and down to earth.

Dianne has assisted me on a number of projects over the years including a brief to repurpose our home to a B&B. Dianne came up with practical yet fabulous designs from inception to final drawings. The most remarkable project Dianne undertook for me was to assist me when selecting the colour palate and fittings for the internal and external finishes for our new home build. It was a task I was dreading as making the wrong choices would not only have been costly but we would have had to live with the wrong decisions for a very long time. It was fantastic seeing Dianne at work, her eye for colour and detail meant that we motored through the whole day appointment in a few short hours and the results, now that we’re in our home, are totally fabulous.
