Sean was recommended to us by friends and we were familiar with his great work so it was without hesitation that we asked him to design our renovated home. Due to the steep slope of our property, DA restrictions and my specific requests for what I wanted it was no easy task. Sean presented us with several design options and came up with a winning design which has totally transformed our 1960's timber/brick veneer house into a contemporary, stylish home. Through out the process Sean looked after all the DA applications and council politics he was generous with his time and his rate was very reasonable. Like my friends I would happily recommend Sean to design your dream home like he has ours.

We engaged Sean to design the rebuild of our house. We already had some designs created by a draftsman, however we weren't overly happy with them. Sean brought us three concepts that were very different to the existing designs and made great use of the space of our block as well as bringing a architectural feel. Sean designed our kitchen which is proving to be a very functional space and he also made great suggestions with the colour pallet and that were quite unique and have now become a talking point within the design. He was also very dedicated during the build process, although we did not hire him to project manage the build he would frequently visit the build site to ensure the plans were being followed. All in all the designs exceed our expectation and we continually receive positive comments about the finished product. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Sean.

Originally we asked Sean to come up with a plan to open up our old 60s style house. We wanted to do a simple renovation, add a deck and take advantage of the view. Sean showed us some drawings which were what we asked for but he also came up with some quite innovative concepts which were much more contemporary and could transform our house into a very modern & unique house. We decided to go with the more contemporary plans and now have a very unique home which we are very proud of. It captures the view, is open plan and has a very practical use of light and space. Sean was always very communicative and friendly. He made sure he talked us through each aspect of the final plans as they were being developed. He would show us alternatives and work though the practical implications of each design. What you want from any design or any architect is a good result which fits the budget and maximizes the potential. This is exactly what we got from Sean’s design. The finished product is something we are very proud of and has certainly added value by maximizing the potential. Sean was able to work collaboratively with our builder to resolve any practical issues while keeping in mind our needs and aesthetic considerations We would have no hesitation in recommending Sean and are quite happy for any prospective client to contact us directly.
