As architects and interior architects, Architects Fulton & Salomon design new amazing custom homes and large scale additions and extensions for clients in the Melbourne, Geelong, the Surf Coast region and beyond! We provide complete design services, documentation and material sourcing, construction inspections throughout the entire build. Our main interest is in designing exciting up-market homes fitted out with unique items that we source overseas. Many years of overseas travel (to 106 countries) has provided us with a range of unique clientele for sourcing and picking products to use for the home. Geoffrey and Carla have been so patient with us as we try to realize our "sea change" dream. As well as the creative skills, professional skills - always kept up-to-date with industry publications and conferences and continuous education - there is the benefit of experience but most importantly, practicality. It's great to have a team that wants to maximize the "one-off" opportunity to build on quite a small block, which unfortunately faces south, with heavy restrictions, rules and restraints from a strict and militant owners' committee within this housing estate. Revisions and changes in priorities are handled with flair and aplomb and done quickly and without fuss or bother. Carla brings her European flair to the project, whereas Geoffrey is across the whole Australian and American architectural trends. Geoffrey has also the advantage of years spent on Council and planning committees. Best of all, they are locals and understand and know the area, with all its particular quirks and features.
