“We hired O'Brien to help us design our dream home in the country. We met with him (On the build site 170 miles from his office) and described exactly what we wanted...shape, size, floor plan layout. When he came back to us the layout was almost exactly opposite of what we asked for and you know what??? THANK YOU!!! Anyone we worked with could have done exactly what we asked for but Dave knew what we really wanted by listening to us describe our vision of the house. He's been GREAT to work with on making sure that we are happy with the results. We've built four other houses previous to this one and I can tell you he knows not only how to draw plans but also the business. Great ideas on how to save $$$ also. He's the real deal for sure.”

“Worked with George on a commercial project and also my residence. His approach to problem solving and design was excellent. Both remodeling projects transformed the structures. The commercial design and construction enhanced the curb appeal of the business and has brought in many new customers. My older residence got a much needed face life, specifically the kitchen. The Plain and Fancy cabinets complemented George’s design which captured every square in of useable space while adding color and life to the area. His drawings and specifications covered all the right bases. George and the contractors communicated very well throughout both projects. Each projected was completed on time and in budget. I would recommend George to anyone interested in experienced professional services. In fact, I am getting ready to hire him to design a new building for another commercial project.”

“We chose Eric to design a 430 sq foot game room, with walk-in 'pantry, built-ins etc in 2010. The kitchen wall was knocked down so the game-room and kitchen are open with a granite bar between them. Great work. He went from color pencil concept sketches, thru approval drawings and finals. The end result is very open and light, with a very large custom skylight providing natural light to the pool table by day. My wife loves the walk-in pnatry. Very personable and smart fellow. Not too expensive.”
