“My husband and I worked with FoxLin Architects on our custom ground up home in Carlsbad (north of San Diego), California and we would very highly recommend them. The home is now complete and it is remarkable down to the last detail. We felt like our values were always considered and we had countless conversations about even the smallest of details from paint colors to the cabinetry handles. At times we questioned the proposals and in the end we could see and now can understand their vision. Juintow and Michael are both very talented, innovated and experienced architects, designers, and project managers who can easily show many iterations on the computer as well as obtain countless physical samples of tiles, stain samples etc. This level of personal dedication and attention to detail is what constantly put us at ease on the design of our new home. 
 The bottom line is that we count on them for envisioning designs and that is also what set them apart from others. It is also worth mention that they were always grounded enough to understand our budget and make not only beautiful, but also realistic proposals. Again, we are highly recommending FoxLin Architects to anyone who wants a bit more than norm.”

“Jim did a great job walking us through the design process and then executed as promised. We had preliminary sketches to review within a week and had preliminary CAD drawings shortly after. Jim also took care of the drawing reviews and permitting process with the city. When he was done all we had to do was select a contractor and we were on our way. We highly recommend using Jim. He is Honest, hard working and in addition to getting us through the permit process, he helped with construction support to address unanticipated issues that came up in the middle of construction. Excellent Architect!”

“Very professional, creative and provided us with great ideas during our home remodeling. Andrew walked us step by step through the renovation process. He provided us with 3D rendering so we can visualize the final results with a full list for the materials needed for our project. All this has been done in a very timely manner. Arkeyat Design House made our Job much easier!! Highly recommended!!”

They were able to (nicely) make us see why our initial vision wouldn't work well but also came up with MUCH better ideas than we'd ever thought of. “We were very fortunate to find Teta Architecture and meet Allan and Amato Teta. We wanted to find an archtitect who would listen to our vision and who had the ability to translate our "dream" into reality and still maintain a targeted budget. Teta Architecture did that for us and more. Allan has great listening skills and he exceeded our expectations when he begin to "draw" our dream house. It was very exciting to meet with him during the conceptual period and see our home evolve exactly like we hoped it would. His drawing ability and his knowledge of architectural styles was a real joy to observe. Our goal was a "Hawaiian Style" home and he really nailed it for us. His father Amato was also instrumental in keeping us on track to meet our budget through "value" engineering during our design phase. His architecture and construction background was invaluable. The results were a home that was better than we envisioned at a cost to build that fell right into our targeted budget. Allan Teta is not only a great architect but a great guy! It was so nice to work with a man with passion for his architecture, but it was his concern for what we hoped to achieve in the home that made the process so easy and effortless. I cannot imagine a better experience and outcome. I think our pictures will show the story!”

“Dustin and Alex are passionate about what they do and their enthusiasm is contagious. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to create a layout that would suit our growing families needs while working within our budget. They redesigned our kitchen, family room and outdoor entertainment area. We plan to do the renovation in stages and they came up with a plan to tackle each phase. We have completed phase one which entailed knocking out our existing fire place that divided our kitchen and family room. We now have an open planned kitchen and living room that has completely transformed our space. We will be renovating our kitchen and entertainment area later on this year and feel confident in all elements of the redesign with direction from Eyoh Design. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! We say, “Call October 5 to celebrate your next project.””
