“I am in the process of building my 3rd home with the Reynolds Group, and am thrilled (once again!) with what they provide. Doug Reynolds is an exceptionally creative architect who is able to transform dreams into reality, and is very responsive to a client's needs and wishes. His Construction Manager is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, who has a natural instinct for helping select the perfect materials and products for the job, is very effective in making things happen, and is a delight to work with. His staff are all extremely professional, helpful, responsive, and really, really nice people. Their ability to meet deadlines and stay on budgets is excellent, and communication is superb. I recommend them highly!”

Paul was great to work with from every facet - creative and thoughtful, with a broad and deep knowledge of construction. “We interviewed 3 architects and chose John Allegretti based on his previous work and enthusiasm for our specific project. We wanted to go from a 1-1/2 story, 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath to something more. Our lot size is 33 x 132 ft. which isn't much to work with. Our location on lake Michigan's Silver Beach is extremely desirable but our home was not allowing us to take full advantage of available views. John created a full second story complete with a master suite (bedroom, bath and living area) and walk out second floor deck. This deck offers privacy and another beach view perspective. We now have expansive views throughout our home. (John used glass railings throughout.) We ended up with a more spacious home than we had envisioned. John also presented our project to the local planning commission (we needed variances), and remained engaged throughout the project which was a big help to us. We would work with John Allegretti and his associates again.”

“Michael Menn designed and constructed with the help of his experienced pool of subcontractors the kitchen of my dreams in an older home that I love for both its tradition and its memories. It is a pleasure for me to come down in the morning to a space so much in keeping with the style of our home and offering me at the same time all that is in modo contemporary for the our time. Michael Menn is a gentleman who honors his word amd his contractural agreements. He was always available to me and responded promptly to any and all concerns or questions that I may have had. Michael is in addition someone with whom one could easily make a lasting friendship. I would not hesitiate for a minute to recommend him to others nor to contact him for any future projects that I had in mind.”
