“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“Overall our experience with Kohler Associates was very pleasant. We did a major remodel in our house including a familyroom addition, bathroom, and kitchen update. Roger is very knowledgeable of the Palo Alto City's requirements and this helped speed up the permit process. Roger and his staff are extremely professional. Not only they delivered on time, but they were also open for questions. I wished only that they would be more involved with the details during construction, especially with the interior design.”

“I was introduced to Bess through a previous Designer I worked with who was retiring her business. She felt Bess would be a good fit for me and my job, and I knew from our first meeting she was right. Bess and her Studio 3 team came on the job when we completed the basic house conceptual plan. Her input and ideas only further enhanced the function of the floor plan. As well, her knowledge, expertise and practical approach has been so valuable especially as this is my first major house remodel. I have quickly found how easy it is to keep expanding the plan as well as the budget! She does a great job keeping me on track and realistic, which my husband appreciates! Bess has guided us through our Phase 1 of the crazy permit process for an in law quarters and is now assisting with our phase 2, the rest of the house., all the while setting expectations of how to work with the city. She is also great when working with your personal choice of contractors, although she provides her own top notch referrals. Her team is friendly and responsive. We still have a ways to go, but she is willing to work with you on what services you need in regards to your budget, which I appreciate. I've been in Real Estate for 13 years, and one thing I've learned is when you find great vendors, partner with them, keep using them and refer them! I've referred Studio 3 to two people / clients with different styles and both have been thrilled to work with her. I would highly recommend you give Studio 3 and Bess a call for your next large or smaller project!”

“2017-07-02 My husband and I had been thinking about remodeling our master bathroom for a few years, but we took our time to start it because we couldn’t find any designers we liked. However, after we had a consultation with Yuki, we had a good feeling that she would create our dream bathroom. She listened to our desires carefully and she created the design exactly how I wanted it to be. She communicated quite positively with our contractor and directed all the details of her design. Her advice was very professional and precise. Because of Yuki’s aesthetic design style, our dream bathroom turned out to be far better than we expected. We couldn’t go through the remodeling process without her. My husband and I are also planning an addition for our house in the future, and Yuki is the only person we will trust to work on our project again!”

“Tali, with her professional skills and her unusuall ability to LISTEN and take in all the details and requests that we had for our complete renovation of our 60 year old ranch style home, created for us (and for anyone that comes in) a welcoming, comfortable, interesting and rejuvenating home. Throughout the whole project, from the conception stage until the completion we felt that Tali is not only a hired professional but also a parter and a friend. “We had the pleasure of working with Adam Mayer of Studio AMA on a full renovation for my childhood home in Palo Alto. As both architect and designer, Adam was tasked with modernizing the home while still honoring its core structure and spirit. Adam truly works in the spirit of collaboration. We never felt pressured or pushed into a style or aesthetic choice that wasn’t our own. It’s clear that Adam prioritizes the client’s vision, which is not always the case with other designers. From a logistical perspective, Adam is easy to reach and responsive. His attention to detail and research made the permitting process a breeze. He also stepped up to the plate on our behalf when our contractor tried to drop a key part of our architectural plan (which was already approved by a structural engineer and the city.) Many of Adam’s suggestions completely transformed our house into a space that is bright, airy, and spacious, while also being functional and family-friendly. We are so happy with our beautiful new home and have nothing but good things to say about working with Adam.”

“Bahi and Mariela are truly a unique find and I thank my lucky stars everyday that we discovered them for our home remodel. We added about 1000 sq ft to our 1500 sq ft home, and took down all but the foundation and studs of the initial footprint. Not only did Bahi and Mariela fully integrate the new construction into a seamless floor plan, but every piece of it is so incredibly unique and stunning. They completely designed a new roof that creatively resolves the 8 foot plates from the initial walls to the 9 foot plates of the new construction, and you would never know it as all you see is a gorgeous elevation that is absolutely stunning. I am absolutely in love with the outside of the house. And then the inside...WOW! Our new common space is an open concept with beautiful architectural accents and high ceilings. We wanted open concept, but we also wanted each space to be defined in some way so they designed the most beautiful details in the ceilings above the spaces including vaulted, tray, and crown molding accented elements. The end result is that when people walk in, they often tell us it's one of the best homes they have ever seen. Several have told us it is their dream home and would love to build the same design somewhere. We owe that to Bahi and Mariela for working so diligently to add just the right touches that would make our home beautiful. I feel like I am living in a gem that nobody else could have dreamed up but them. And not only is our house extraordinary, but Bahi and Mariela were the nicest people to work with the whole project. I am so glad we hired them and now have a beautiful home to call ours for years to come. Thank you 360 design studio!!!!”
