“I was given the confidence and trust by Sky hence hired him to design my new house just by the marina. My journey with Sky started more than 3 years ago. Every step of the way, Sky had given me the clarity and best effort on all building and design aspect. I have to admit that I am not an easy client for I bomb Sky with numerous calls during weekends, public holidays and after hours. Yes Sky was ever willing to listen and help me with my queries. To be honest, I was hunting for an architect and had waisted some small fortune with two prior so called architect. I am glad I found Sky as his experiences, dedication and attention to detail is un-matched! Sky had helped me through from my house design to acquring planning permit, which was unbelievably difficult, and even administered my whole building project. There were massive amount of challenges due to unforeseen circumstances but Sky was able to assist in resolving them amicably in terms of timeline and cost.”

“Sheri was the architect for my daughter and her husband for a major renovation of their house in Sandringham and they were very pleased with her design, co-operation throughout and the result. As a result we chose her as architect for a similar renovation of our holiday house in Pt. Lonsdale and were equally satisfied with her design,drawings and assistance throughout. Sheri is talented, competent and co-operative and I would recommend her for this type of work.”

“I first contacted Robert Harwood after my husband and I decided it was time to renovate our home. Upon meeting with Robert we found him to be very professional and articulate. Robert was very attentive and probing with his questions so much so , that, by the end of our meeting he had drawn on paper a rough sketch of the overall design. These became our concept drawings which inspired and excited us to move forward. Now 2 years later since that meeting we are in the final stage of our major home renovation. Robert project managed for the most part and is still very involved always ready with professional advice or design improvements and costings. Robert has been great to deal with. I have enjoyed this journey and thank him personally for helping me, especially, fulfill this dream of mine . I would not hesitate in recommending Robert. Anita and Spiro Anemogiannis”

“Simon from Ozone design has helped us with both pre purchase inspections and design. His prepurchase inspections were thorough and very helpful in steering is away from homes with problems but also gave advice on the home we ultimately purchased. Later he drew up renovation plans efficiently to our requirements. Ive recommend him to my family and friends fir his efficient and informative services.”

“We are current clients of Jarchitecture and we would recommend this company to anyone that is exploring the option of using an architect. Since commencing our renovation/extension project, Jason and Jorja have been very easy to work with. They have consistently produced detailed plans and documents according to our needs. They have put a lot of thought into the design, including the small details, to ensure that there is continuity throughout. We were really impressed with the way they explore all the options and keep coming up with changes to refine the design. One of the reasons we went with an architect was to ensure we could get our plans through council. Jarchitecture have been outstanding in this area. They wrote a detailed and well thought out planning application to council. They dealt with council efficiently and effectively. Throughout this process they have showed great perseverance. We’ve been very satisfied with Jarchitecture and their service. We absolutely love the design they came up with. It's obvious that they are very passionate about architecture and getting a great outcome for their clients.”

“We engaged Mark Macinnis to prepare a design report for a renovation to our.residential property in October 2014. We preset our budget at a maximum of $300,000. During the course of October and November we had a number of one to one meetings with Mark on site. He prepared initial design concept drawings, followed up by a variety of alternative design concepts for our consideration .We found Mark to be an effective communicator and we appreciated his collaborative approach. He provided a well structured feasibility report on time and the report included some very interesting sketches and drawings, together with written opinion of probable costs. Our decision not to proceed with the project was due to changed family circumstances. We were very satisfied with the professional services provide and found Mark's fees to be very comptative”
