“Our project with Jeff started with a sketch on a dinner napkin and ended with the house of our dreams. We love the Arts and Crafts style, and wanted to create a home embracing the simplicity and power of that period. But it had to be functional, with a layout designed for retirement years. “We first worked with Steve on a basement project in 2005. It turned out very well. We contacted him again in 2009 to rebuild a 1929 cottage which we received many compliments on how well we utilize the space and incorporated/recycled material. Recently (March, 2014) we contacted Steve to update our 12 year - old kitchen with limited budget. Steve catered to our needs by listening well. Steve is very knowledgable in every aspect of building and designing. Steve has a very good reputation among contractors he works with. It was easy to tell from their demeanor when we met to discuss the project on hand. We definitely highly recommend Steve's service to anyone who needs someone who is trustworthy and with your best interest in mind.”
