“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“Fantastic service. I had no idea how to extend my home. David help me at each stage of the process, making it really easy to do. I was even helped with guidelines about what to look for when sourcing builders- and the price of what the extension was going to cost, allowing me to compare the quotes from relevant builders. Any problems no matter how small were easily dealt with and with no fuss. Would highly recommend them.”

“Kennet Design were so professional from beginning to end of our extension project and we really felt we had a personal touch and that they really cared about our plans and vision. “I had an idea in my head of the extension I wanted for my house but no idea of how to organise anything to make it happen. Ralph was recommended by a friend and gently led me through the process. Ralph organised the surveyor, made lots of constructive suggestions, produced excellent drawings and very quickly secured planning permission for me. There was little for me to do except decide what design I wanted. Ralph Kent is a brilliant architect but it is all the product ideas he comes up with and his organising skills that get the job done.”

“I have instructed OB Architecture on three major projects and can thoroughly recommend them for their design skills and client interface. One was a luxury 5,000 sf house in Henley on Thames whose design has exceed all expectations. The second a block of 9 apartments and ground floor commercial in London SE1 and the third a 9 acre site in West Berkshire upon which I hope to secure permission for a country house. The latter is ongoing The house and London project were completed satisfactorily in no small measure to Olly Bray and colleagues' skill and dedication. The practice which is young, brings a fresh and new outlook. All great stuff”

“Last Spring we had the exterior of our rather large Victorian house renovated and redecorated by Alresford Design and Build. We have no technical building knowledge and so relied on Garry and Josh to observe and recommend actions on our behalf. We were invited to inspect any area in question and the alternative actions were clearly and objectively laid out. The end product is (one year on) excellent and we feel that was money well spent. The combination of genuine niceness, expertise, attention to detail and understanding made the whole disruptive process easily bearable. Soon after the work was finished, someone who lives in a nearby street called on us to compliment on the look of the property and asked for the paint colour! These are genuine craftsmen of the old school of thought and deserve patronage.”
