“Andrew helped us file for an Alt-2 permit with the NYC DOB. He also helped us with our co-op board package. His services included initial consultation, measurements, architectural drawings, plumbing plan, statement of work being done, filing of permit (with an expeditor), permit pulling, and other certifications required by our board.
Andrew was very responsive and flexible. He was able to set up an initial consultation within 24 hours. He came prepared and measured our apartment during the consultation. We executed the contract and the first payment was made shortly thereafter.
Andrew has completed all of the work in his scope and has done an amazing job. Even during the renovation process, he went above and beyond his duties and continued checking in.
Andrew has provided an A+ experience and we have already recommended him to a couple of friends. He's a class act and will respond very quickly in a professional and polite manner.”

“This was a unique project considering the lot peculiarities, with a seasonal creek running through the middle of the property. The design was a 2600 sq ft. two-story single family dwelling. It included a boat garage, two-car garage, bridge to the main structure, three bedroom and study, two and a half bath structure. The result was a spectacular design, utilizing all that the site had to offer. Each and every detail was thought out meticulously according to our wants and needs. A design for future improvements was also included which planned a tenis court and infinity edge pool and cabana. We had a very personal experience with the architect and he was intimately involved in the building experience as well. He met and exceeded our expectations.”

I was instantly taken by the well-designed open/flex living spaces on two levels with a large roof top garden deck that has a 180 degree view overlooking the Cascades. Most importantly for me is that the design took into account sustainability and efficiency. Built into a hillside that keeps temperature in the house neutral year around and has well placed high clerestory windows that lets the heat out during the hotter months while also providing natural light throughout the home. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the architecture and design.”
