“I am a general contractor and hired Kevin to provide design build services for a project by Benchmark Family Services. The project was to completely renovate an existing 30,000 SFT. office building with kitchen and auditorium. The project was finished on schedule and within the owners budget. Because of the owners satisfaction, a bonus was paid after completion of the project. Kevin did a wonderful job, was always on schedule, communicated well with both the owner and myself.
