“Our experience with the Coesa team was incredible. They helped bring the refurbishment of our property to completion. They took time to listen to our desires and expectations and were able to bring the best out of our preferences balanced by their own creative input and knowledge of the different aspects involved in a project (your discussions about sustainability and lighting were really insightful!). They were friendly and professional, keeping us in the loop of every decision. They delivered a design and a home that made me and my husband really happy. “We approached JW Design with our brief and an extremely tight deadline which they were able to deliver against. Joe was personable in approach and made sure the design created was based on our needs. He added a lot of value by offering alternative designs and ways of thinking about using the space which we feel would not have been the case with other architects which we approached. This progressive nature and eye for detail went beyond just the plan designs throughout the build as Joe wanted to be involved throughout the project. The return visits and time spent with our builder meant that nothing was missed (and no shortcuts achieved!). We highly recommend, might be more than expensive than your average but the value is there.”

“Kasawoo helped us to transform a plain commercial building unit into a multipurpose private office and entertainment space. Through the design of the 1.5 floor layout and inclusion of clever storage partitions, we were enabled to fully utilize the modest floor space. All sections of the unit remain bright and airy, as the overall layout respects the natural lightning from the original windows.. Needless to say, service was friendly and professional!”

“We used Raydan Watkins to update a small flat attached to our house. They went carefully through our preferences and wishes, redesigned the kitchen space and living area and brought the electrics, heating and other services up to date. One key requirement was to maintain the ambience of the original, which they did - while modernising the elements that needed it. They were easy to work with, professional in approach - and remain friends, which is not always the case!”

“We used Inclume to help redesign our house and to come up with ideas for extending it. They came up with some really good options and architectural design that pushed our initial thoughts forward. We also wanted more storage for the kids and they came up with a bespoke sliding folding storage partition which really helps to separate and hide all the clutter when required. It was just the type of contemporary design and feel that we were looking for in our home. We are very glad we got them involved and would recommend to anyone who is looking for the same.”

“Simon the owner of Devlin Architects is not an ordinary square box Architect. He designs really cool concepts taking your vision to reality. He is very professional yet friendly. He is organised and things like drawings, invoices etc are all version controlled etc. I had needs for a wheelchair user and he made my extension a dream come true. There were changes, tweaks and nothing was too much. My only reason for 4stars is Project Management. This isn't always clear from the package so clarify expectations. Equally I am a control freak so may have involved myself more than needed. Simon's ideas are awesome but remember cool designs can stretch budget - so be clear on your priority as Simon will help you achieve it.”
