“We met with Ileana to discuss possible renovation ideas to our 1960s house to open up the space and to re-think our upstairs bathrooms. She designed the project in a way that allowed us to consider the two pieces (upstairs and downstairs) both separately and together. We originally thought we would focus on the upstairs initially, but we were so happy with the redesigned first floor that we ended up deciding to tackle this project first. We contracted with a local company to do the work, and they have had no problems following Ileana's architectural drawings.”

“Trip has been outstanding from the first meeting my wife and I had with him, He is very knowledgable and really got us excited about the rebuild on our current lot. Whenever we had questions, and there were plenty, Trip was there with an answer usually within hours of an email being sent. His answers to our questions have guided us through our rebuild project and also given us ideas that we more than likely would not have come up with on our own. “Jeff is a gifted architect. His sense of proportion, light and color is outstanding. I love the unique details that have given our home distinctive character and charm. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local architectural vernacular styles of our area and that informs his work in a soulful way. Jeff was also great with developing a narrative that guided us in our vision and reigned us in when we faced too many choices. Jeff designed our original shingle style home in 1993 which I am happy to say seems timeless in it's clean, open design. He then did the design of our significant remodel of kitchen, family room in 2015.”

“Margaret Upton designed a fabulous second floor addition for our one floor 50's rambler. The three bedroom, two bath addition perfectly captured our dream of more space without looking like a "McMansion". We now have an incredible new space that exudes charm and warmth inside and out that beautifully ties in the old with the new. We frequently receive compliments on how well the design fits into street without overpowering the neighboring house - just what we wanted. Kirk and David carefully listened to our thoughts on how we envisioned our new home, and our budget requirements, and simply hit the ball out of the park. We told Sarah how we wanted to keep the charm and curb appeal that fit the neighborhood, and she surpassed our expectations.
