“We have had a good experience working with Lester from Imagine Your Home as we went through a home reno project. He helped us from the start when we just had some basic ideas of what we wanted to do. His knowledge and experience in the building industry shone through as we stepped our way through the project. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking at either building or renovating their home. We took our early 80's bungalow and freshened it up, added a 2 car garage and office, and got a bigger kitchen out of the deal, which was what we wanted in the first place. Lester has been very good at using creative ideas to utilize space in a practical way, and make it look nice at current with 2013.”

“July 2016 Our house is now several years complete. As I walk thorugh the house, I'm grateful that Phil was able to work with us. It's amazing how the little touches that he suggested throughout the house enhances our living experience. Instead of using the main hallway, the kids love the passage way to each other's bedrooms. If you are looking for someone who will put your vision on paper, I HIHGLY recommend Phil and his team. Update January 26,2013 We are now about 5-6 months into the actual construction. It has been interesting to see Phil's design take shape. We have made very few adjustments to the actual design. In our numerous discussions of how to place the house, Phil has done a great job. We will have incredible amounts of sunlight flowing through the main living areas of the house during the day-ESPECIALLY during the winter months. At night, the bedrooms will be nicely sheltered by the winds that at times blow very briskly across the property. Great Job! These are the fine details that Phil was able to capture for us, which we didn't even think about. I know that Phil had told us about the ceiling details during the design stage and for a non artistic person it was difficult for me to envision. Having seen it framed and how it fits with the arches through the hallway, and how at the end of the hallway, it is framed by a window that offers an incredible view, I have to say- I am truly impressed by Phil's attention to details. Thnx Phil! We worked with Phil recently. Phil was able to effectively listen to our needs/wishes and put our ideas into a design that we are very happy with. In terms of time, Phil and Matt were readily available for help and advice, often outside of "normal" work hours. They were willing to help in providing us with information about other trades that will help us achieve our goals. We have also shown the design to several builders for planning and logistics purposes and the general feedback has been that the design is coherent and well thought out. We will certainly call on Phil and Mat to do future work. It was a fabulous work relationship and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Guys! Note: If I could give a 4.8 on Houzz, I would certainly do so but unfortunately, I can only give 4 or 5 stars. They are not perfect, but pretty darn close.”

KRA also handled numerous complications with the town of Caledon with grace and sophistication through no fault of his own. The permit we applied for was only granted to 1 of 47 applicants and because of Kent’s tenacity we were able to achieve our goals on time and on budget. His drawings are well thought out and he was able to make a list of ideas into reality while working with multiple restrictions. “Kevin Crozier designed our Boathouse with living quarters above. Our footprint was pre-determined by local bylaws, which was a limitation.He listened carefully to our needs, from both a function, direction of light and shade, and style point of view. He put together three very different draft plans, all of which surprisingly, met our criterion. After careful deliberation, we concluded that the plan that we initially liked the least, was by far and away the best for our needs. Kevin stuck to our schedule, and was extremely helpful in evaluating the three draft plans, as per their strengths and trade offs. He was able to be critical from a technical point of view.. He made adjustments to the chosen plan, based on suggestions that we discussed. Kevin stayed within budget throughout the process. During construction, we realized an addition to our design, would add tremendous utility, and Kevin quickly put the addendum together, so that construction was not interrupted.
