“We hired Hyrum to build our dream home on Pineview Lake in the Ogden Valley. Hyrum did an amazing job listening to our requests and offering his creative design perspective to create a functional and beautiful place. I believe that Hyrum's uniqueness lies in his ability to make architecture stylish, yet timeless in its design. Hyrum's designs are modern and clean, yet warm and inviting. They are traditional and cozy, yet sophisticated and functional. Hyrum knows how to turn a good plan into a great one with an eye toward aesthetics, functionality, and what works for your family. “Summit took over design of a Utah ski house. We are building long distance as we live in New York. We fired and sued our first architect DiamondPhillips so we were shell shocked. Principal Bruce Taylor won our confidence and produced a great design reflecting our needs and respectful of our budget. WE are building now. Plans are clear, suitable for permitting and construction. Designs were delivered on time. When issues arise as they always do, we all resolve them with a minimum of fuss. Bruce has great design sense and a sense of humor which helps in a complex process. He really listens. He works well with our contractor, available for consults as necessary. Billing is clear and understandable. Summit did a great job for us.”
