Dean was so easy to work with because of his approach to our existing house. Literally turned it into a blank canvas started again. Moving 80% of the walls. Giving us the floor plan we never thought we could have. Also his practical and stylish use of space was our favourite part of the plans. After the plans and permit was issued Dean also rang me to check up if the construction was going smoothly. This I do not experience from other architects. Dean is the best Architect that we have dealt with. We searched over about a 12 month period and had many meeting before we decided to use him. He was heads and shoulders above any one we spoke to in his ideas, his knowledge and how easy he is to deal with.
