We are now working on the second project with R Architecture. The first project was a great success for us. 2 townhouses and both we could able to sell it during the pandemic for a stunning price. That's only because of the design, details, and most importantly natural light. Gaurav was so convincing on the livability of the house and bringing the connection to indoor to outdoor. The team did a fantastic job from day one all the way through going through the council approval process until the final completion. Now we are working with Gaurav on our dream home and ready to move to the construction phase. A fantastic journey. I wish Gaurav and his team the very best and wish him all the best.

It was a pleasure working with Gaurav and his team to create an articulate and thoughtful vision that far exceeded our expectations. At R Architecture, we specialise in new family homes at the affordable end of the spectrum. Our fees can vary from between 2-6% of the build cost or from $50 per square meter up to $130 per square meter. The rate will vary based on the size of your project, the range of services you engage us to deliver (architecture, interior design and landscape design) and the phases of the project we are involved in (design, development approval, documentation and construction).
