Provided staff who damaged home. Asked for payments upfront and demanded cash payment for subbies for items on the quote when they turned up. When challenged on why this walked out of the project. Still dealing with shorty work 3 months later. Holes in floor and wall. Left skip bin in drive until the supplier came to pick it up. He was unpaid. Currently report to Vic Building Authority and a long legal challenge. Total nightmare and very expensive.
