“Bassam and the guys from refine property solutions- where very professional and hard working to ensure my renovation was completed to the highest of standards. Both me and my wife’s experience and expectations were met above and beyond what we imagined. From the start of engaging Bassam his eye for design and the programs he uses to create a video (3D drawing) of the entire renovation- blew our minds! And after it was complete it was a perfect match( except for a tile change that we decided on last minute- and a couple of last minute changes we made- didn’t affect the schedule or created a problem at all). I’m happy recommend Bassam and refine to anyone who needs a renovation that will be completed to the highest standard. So much that I have engaged him to complete a renovation at my parents house. “We had all of the wet areas (kitchen laundry bathrooms etc) replaced in our home by BBK over a four month period. We also had some rooms reconfigured so there were internal walls changed. From planning stage throughout construction I was extremely happy with the service I received from the staff and trades. Most of the rooms in our home were effected but the trades people went out of their way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible so we could continue to live in our home. We were so pleased with the final results we then had our home office remodelled by the company. I have no hesitation in recommending BBK.”

“Our job was an ensuite upgrade and consisted of removing and replacing the old shower base, shower screen and toilet, relining the walls, waterproofing, and tiling the shower cavity, floor and vanity splashback. Fixtures were sourced and supplied for us. The quote was very reasonable. The tradesmen were punctual, friendly, reliable, clean and tidy, their workmanship was great.
