“Having been let down by another contractor 2 days before refurbishment work on my 3 bathrooms was due to start, I posted the requirement online and Tom from TC Wetrooms made contact within 30 minutes. He was able to meet me at my house that evening after work to see what was required and then sent across the quote later that night with a start date the following Monday. TC Wetrooms did a great job. Their focus is very much geared towards high quality delivery as opposed to just getting the job down however possible. Tom is a bright, personable guy who communicates well and operates in a professional manner. He provided sound advice where needed and displayed a flexible approach. Also Tom and the guys left the house tidy at the end of each day and demonstrated good timekeeping. The work was completed on time and the bathrooms look great. I would have no hesitation whatsover in recommending TC Wetrooms.”

“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”

“We appointed VIP Kent to refurbish our main bathroom which was looking dated, cheap and had a serious leak. We were looking for a travertine stone finish with a contemporary bath, toilet, sink and mirror. Vip Kent noted down exactly what we were after and came back to us with a choice of products and different price brackets for each. They also provided a 3D design of our new bathroom before work had commenced to show how it would look which I thought was very professional. The workmanship was great and our bathroom was completed from start to finish in 6 days. We are very pleased with the end result and would thoroughly recommend VIP Kent to anyone looking for a new bathroom suite. We are complimented all the time on how lovely it looks which is nice too!”

She took the time to look around my property so she could understand the look and feel I preferred, carefully consulted with me on her proposals as well as challenged (which I really valued) and as a result designed my new bathroom to an exceptionally high standard which people still continue to comment on. I couldn't recommend her more highly she is a very gifted designer.”

As soon as he spoke about my bathroom, showing me photos of work he had done, I knew he was the right man for the job. He guided me through equipment choices, interpreted my wishes, solved problems as they arose (they always do; mine was a wrongly-sited radiator) and created a high-quality room admired by everyone. Everything indicated quality with high levels of service together with the design excellence of the products to be fitted and their bathroom design concept.
