“I found Primhaus when looking for ideas on building a modern Scandinavian farm house. While we liked the general design of the house we chose we needed to modify it to meet our own needs. Scott worked with us on a number of Zoom meetings to provide us with a final product that we are now moving forward to build. After every session with Scott he sent us an updated draft to mull over. My wife and I were very impressed with his problem solving skills. Every change we wanted to make brought on another challenge. Scott always came up with a solution that made the overall design even better. In addition to his outstanding creativity Scott was very patient and never rushed us. Even when our design was finalized he offered to help us in the future if we run in to any issues. It should be mentioned how surprised we were to find out that the price for the plan modifications was well beyond reasonable. Our whole experience with Scott and Primhaus far exceeded our expectations.”

They demand the highest level of quality/service from vendors and sub contractors. They listen so they understand what YOU want. One of the best aspects of working with them is that Michael and David don't have the same opinions always on design - listening to their debate really helps you extract what you want.
