We were after a very modern home that would meet our growing family needs & maximize the potential water views our block of land had to offer. Daniel's first concept plan required minimal changes. His ideas & design exceeded our expectations. He was very easy to communicate with & handled the council DA lodgement process with ease. Our new home was built & completed in 2014 and the compliments from family, friends, neighbours & strangers reiterate that we made the best decision to use Daniel from Adan Creative Designs! “Kirstie was fabulous! We had an idea in mind for our extension with some uncertainty and a lack of knowledge and so engaged Shelter to draw up plans to submit to council. We wanted an extension than fit in with the look and feel of our old house, but dressed it up a bit, and provided the extra space we needed with the funds we had available. We also needed to address heating and cooling concerns. Kirstie was able to make experienced recommendations and suggestions that have worked much better than what we had in mind, and provide advice in relation to energy efficiency regarding heating/cooling etc. When we decided after the innitial drawings that what we’d asked for wasn’t quite right Kirstie quickly made the necessary changes without issue. Communication and response times are obviously important to Kirstie...she always responds in a timely manner. We are delighted with the final outcome and everything was perfect in terms of getting council approval. The design/plans were completed quickly, and Kirstie provided all corresponding paperwork completed for us to sign before submitting to council on our behalf. The price for her time/services was less than we expected and her estimate of council costs was spot on! I would definately engage Kirstie for any future work we do.”

Miranda designed a fantastic plan for me which suits the house perfectly. She was approachable and prompt with the plan. Highly recommended!!”

“I have been working with Annie for 3 years on developing the renovation plans for my property in Bondi Junction. Annie is patient, dedicated, and driven to create exactly what you have imagined so that image can be brought to life. There were times where I was indecisive and changed my mind about a feature only to change it back and I always felt comfortable speaking with Annie about these changes. She has excellent suggestions and an understanding of fine detail that has helped to enhance the design of my property. She is very thorough in detailing on the layout of the plans, which reassures me that my contractors will have a clear understanding throughout the duration of the project.”
