“Winkel Design Forum designed a beautiful home to fit on a pie shaped lot with a 12 foot drop off 30 feet from the back of the house. They used the lot angle to create the same angle in the design of the house utilizing the lot angle down to within an inch of the legal setback. Others would have said the square footage we wanted could not be done!”
