“Our overall comment is we received excellent value & a great result. The aspect of the house maximises the morning sun for our living areas, whist the none-living areas are carefully placed in the Southern & Western sides of the house. The houses location within the block of land carefully limits the space utilised by the Southern & Western yards, whilst remaining functional and maximises the Northern & Eastern yard sizes. Every space with in the house feels appropriate, not to small or narrow but likewise not too big, which avoids extra costs. This gives the house a perception of appearing like it has more square metres than it is. This experience taught us we undervalued the importance of this stage in the construction & now acknowledge every extra dollar spent at this stage gives an excellent return in both cost savings & the final result. We would happily recommend friends and family to use Square 3”
