“The All Mouldings outfit was recommended through a friend who had some doors hung. They where said to be be clean and efficient. I needed the same type of work with the addition of some crown, base and architectural casing installed. Representative was very helpful in suggesting cost effective solutions for optimizing the value of my home through the work about to be performed. Showed me good communication, punctuality as well as craftmenship. One of the staff designed and installed a beatiful detailed mantel. Not in original contract, by the way. Became center piece of the whole project. Looking forward to having them back for future projects.”

“Top contractor in New York! Worth every penny and more which is what it cost. I got a stunning new kitchen with no hassle. They took care of everything from beginning to end. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and efficient. If I were to review Top10renovation staff one by one I think I would give them all 5 stars. The work was professional and neat. Everything as well coordinated we did nor have to wait a week between the different contractors, they all somehow smoothly coordinated things and everything fell into place. I would definitely use them again.”

“I hired Leo and company a few years back to help me with a project that consisted on adding a new room to my apartment. He helped me with some ideas that i really liked. Price was very reasonable, he is very professional, competent and the job was done very quickly. Leo is very thororough and something that I really liked is that he pays attention to every detail. “We were introduced to carpentry unlimited after hurricane sandy for a garage rebuild. We had been working with another builder for a while, but we were stalled out in the construction process due to permits,etc. We decided to call other local builders to try and get the rebuild done ASAP before the winter. Doug and Bruce were able to quickly get the project up and running. Carpentry unlimited has been in business for many years and therefore is known in the area and this fact made the entire building process so much easier for us. They knew who to call and when, which was key to getting the rebuild approved. The price was fair and their workers are efficient and neat and do great work. They were flexible with making some changes as the construction was taking place and were in constant contact with us regarding updates in deliveries of supplies. Our garage came out great and they are now working on updates on the rest of our house including windows and siding, and have already completed a great new front porch for us. Recommend them highly!”

“The master carpenter/owner of this firm is fantastic. His brings something unique to the table that I have not found in other contractors. Not only is his work product second to none, he has a unique design style, attention to detail, is courteous, trustworthy, fair, and honest. He can look at any situation and recommend the proper fix. He focuses closely on the clients needs and budget and does not take the job just to make money. Christopher is a true partner when it comes to home renovation. He is a great carpenter for small home repairs and a fair GC for larger jobs. He may be a sole proprietor with a small crew, but he gets the job done. He has done a variety of small and large jobs for us including crown moulding, general carpentry, repair, and a full bathroom renovation. He is also familiar with the claims handling process for home insurance, should the repair need be the result of a claim.”
