“David and his crew are awesome! We purchased a 1920's house with original hardwood floors, which were in pretty bad shape. David's crew ripped up several areas of the floor that were really soft and replaced the subfloor and then replaced the hardwood. He also sealed up a basement entrance. It all looks seamless! The floors are beautiful, exactly what I wanted; a matte finish with no yellow tint. To add to it, he is very responsive and shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. His prices are also very competitive. I've worked with a lot of contractors and trades in the last 3 years and there are very few that I would actually recommend to anyone, but David is one of the few.”

He came highly recommended to me from the flooring/tile shop we used to order all our quartz, tile and laminate from. On top of all that, he is just a nice person with a good work ethic. He treated my home as his own. Do not hesitate to call him. He is the 5th contractor we have had at our house in the last 5 months, and he was hands down better than all the others, whom I vetted meticulously. We do construction work ourselves, so we have pretty high standards for tidy, well done work. He will not disappoint.”
