“Abbey Flooring of Elk Grove has been doing work with my family for many years. When it was time for me to upgrade my flooring, it was a very easy decision. Spike and his crew are a team of professionals from helping pick out the right flooring, to getting an accurate estimate, and finally the installation. Their pricing is extremely competitive and Spike was willing to work with me to complete my project within the allotted budget. Spike was involved throughout the project and checked in during the install. The way he managed my project was top notch. Sam the installer was a true craftsman that kept the job site clean. There were some tricky areas to the install that he developed good clean solutions. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Now having lived with the floors for over a year I am still happy with the choice. Visitors always notice and give compliments. If you are looking for new floors from tile to wood to carpet, Abbey Floors should be your first choice.”

“Herb did an absolutely fantastic job installing my high quality flooring, underlayment, and baseboards. He was super respectful of my recent new front door, painted walls and over all improvements from other trades, which I really appreciated. He was easy to work with, on time, provided excellent communication, with a very reasonable price. He came highly recommended to me from the flooring/tile shop we used to order all our quartz, tile and laminate from. On top of all that, he is just a nice person with a good work ethic. He treated my home as his own. Do not hesitate to call him. He is the 5th contractor we have had at our house in the last 5 months, and he was hands down better than all the others, whom I vetted meticulously. We do construction work ourselves, so we have pretty high standards for tidy, well done work. He will not disappoint.”

“David and his crew are awesome! We purchased a 1920's house with original hardwood floors, which were in pretty bad shape. David's crew ripped up several areas of the floor that were really soft and replaced the subfloor and then replaced the hardwood. He also sealed up a basement entrance. It all looks seamless! The floors are beautiful, exactly what I wanted; a matte finish with no yellow tint. To add to it, he is very responsive and shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. His prices are also very competitive. I've worked with a lot of contractors and trades in the last 3 years and there are very few that I would actually recommend to anyone, but David is one of the few.”

“Reggie and the crew at FCI-Concord were really amazing. We purchased a new home and wanted to redo all of the flooring - a combination of carpet and engineered hardwood. Closings of escrow are always dicey, and we wanted to have this complete before we physically moved everything in. “After having interviewed three other flooring contractors (a lot of questionable characters out there) to refinish 450sf of bamboo flooring in my loft / office, I almost gave up hope. John was extremely courteous and professional and took his time with me explaining exactly what I would be getting for my money. Plain and simple, he made me feel comfortable and I felt that I could trust his work. My feelings were correct. John and his helper showed up on time and finished according to schedule. Mike was supportive of our hold on the project when COVID began as we weighed the overall future. We are very pleased with the install process by skilled craftsmen and the final project.
