“We spent a lot of time getting designs and quotes for a combination carpet/hardwood/stairway remodel. It seemed like no one wanted to handle the project or help us select the best materials. The professionals at Bixby Plaza Carpets & Flooring really stepped in and took the reins, while deferring to our own wishes and budget. Darin had great suggestions; he had a new wool carpet line that he was very excited about, and so were we! It cost more than the nylon, but wears beautifully. “I've been working with Hernandez Carpets for more than a decade. As a GC I have worked with 100's of suppliers and subcontractors and I wish all of them had the professionalism and service provided by Hernandez. They are a well run, efficient business and provide extremely competitive pricing for all of their products. All of my clients have been more than satisfied in making their selections and with the end product. Work with them once and you'll work with them again and again. The photos from this project are of an engineered white oak. The designer on this project specified a similar product at $2 more a SF. Hernandez supplied these beautiful floors of equal quality at a better price saving my client money and making me look like a rock star.”

“Mark was amazing, professional and on time. I had previously worked with other contractors over the years and was truly disappointed with the time lines promised and the level of service. I was referred to Mark from a friend and he came over and showed me a variety of samples. He spent an hour with me going over different samples and costs. He was honest and did not overpromise. I wanted a particular sample and he called to check the availability and told me that it would not be in stock for three weeks. But, then he showed me another similar sample that was available immediately. I wanted to have my floors ready for a family event so I picked the other color. His crew showed up and worked diligently. They were clean, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend GF Flooring.”
