“Our project isn't even finished yet, but I wanted to give a huge shoutout to David's Flooring! From the first contact, David has been a dream to work with. Over the past 30+ years we have contacted, got estimates and hired many different contractors for all kinds of projects both large and small, from indoor and outdoor painting, fencing, complete kitchen and bathroom refresh to decking and landscaping. Some experiences were better than others. David was prompt to reply from the first contact with fantastic communication and customer service at every point. The project started on time and is on schedule to finish on time. We wanted to replace the old carpet and laminate in our basement with heated LVP flooring. After contacting a couple other well known businesses who told us they couldn't do the required prep work and could only install the flooring, we asked David who said "sure!" After finding and reading his glowing Google and Yelp reviews, I noted that others said that David did more extensive work for them, so I asked about removing the base cabinets from our home office then reinstalling them so the new flooring will be under the cabinets and repainting the walls too. Again, it was no problem! He suggested replacing all the old baseboards as well, so we are adding that finishing touch. I much appreciate not having to find, hire and schedule several different contractors to have a completed project! He and his crew are punctual and respectful of our time and property. They are quiet and clean up after each days work. They are also great craftsman with attention to detail and great problem solvers. I would highly recommend David's Flooring of Seattle and will definitely contact him again for future projects! I'll add photos when the project is complete in just a few days.”

“Kelly of Professional Flooring Installation LLC, in a word, AMAZING! We had the perfect time table laid out until we hit a serious snag in our escrow. Our escrow closing was forced two days late, due to a national hacking scenario, and we were in a time crunch and PFI came through like champs. We called Kelly and she told us she could perform a one day miracle. From measurements to order to pick up to delivery to complete installation in one day!!!!! PFI worked wonders for us - they did a beautiful job - and did it for a reasonable price. We have already recommended their services to or any of your home flooring projects.”

“Alex was very knowledgeable and provided the best estimate experience of the vendors we selected for quotes- he also had a very competitive price. He was able to work us in to his schedule in a very timely manner. The job was quite a bit involved but Alex stayed on schedule; the site was maintained in a very clean way each day which was much appreciated as we had to live in the house while he was working for most of the time. Communication was good. The craftsmanship is really spectacular, with framing around the fireplace, etc. We had white oak installed on the entire 1st floor, on the staircase, and upstairs landing, and Alex demo'd the old carpet, laminate, vinyl, and some hardwood that the house had previously. We also had all of the baseboards replaced with taller ones. The final product looks better than we thought it could look, and has proven to be durable to date with two dogs in the house. We did not stain the wood and they used the Swedish Finish which was the right choice for our home- we are so glad we followed Alex's advice on this as the floors look amazing. The smell went away very quickly, and the floors held up very well without a scratch during a party a week after they were finished. I will recommend this company to all of our friends and family, and will absolutely call them again if we ever need flooring or refinishing.”

“I hired Eduard to redo the floors of a property I purchased to be a rental. The original oak flooring, with the typical blonde finish, was in very bad shape. Eduard and I talked though what I wanted and he made it happen. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and most importantly tidy. “Adam and his wife, Yolanda (I hope I have her name correct!), refinished and wove in new oak floors for the upstairs remodel of our home. They also laid new floors on the stairs to the downstairs living area. They did an awesome job all around. Adam told us that his system is "dust free" and he was correct. He also told us that we wouldn't need to move out of the house for a period of time due to toxic odors from the finishing products. Again, he was correct. Adam gave us an estimate of how long the project would take and he was done a day early! They even waited a month or two to do the final buffing and finishing so that we could get our cabinets in. Adam is both and artist and a perfectionist and, if I ever have a need for wood flooring work in the future, I would not hesitate to call him. We are very happy with our floors!”
