Although small, it was made into a basement apartment with small kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. I wanted to renovate by removing the kitchen & shower & creating a rec room with a space to exercise. Didn’t seem like a big deal and a simple job. I contacted a few reno companies however, they either wouldn’t accept the job because it was too small or were overpriced. I’m extremely happy with my rec room & do not ‘dread’ going down there. It’s comfortable & I’m confident in the quality of work Colin did.
