They were extremely professional and caring in ensuring our hardwood floors were refinished with the utmost standards and quality. The leadership team scoped out the job on Monday and by Wednesday we booked the job, they started on Thursday and the project was fully executed and all deliverables were met by Saturday. We had really light dated hardwood floors and they refinished it with a dark walnut fine finish. The holes they patched were perfect. Five stars and hats off to Thiego, Lewis and the entire team!”

“Marcin & Kal of Euro Floors are top professionals. I made an appointment with Kal for an estimate. Marcin came and carefully explained all the choices of floors we had. We finally made a decision and contracted with Euro Floors. We have 4 wood floors in our home sanded, finished and sealed three times. Marcin and his assistant did two floors at a time. It takes 3 days for the floors to cure. Marcin is a top craftman in his field. They were polite, punctual and very knowledgable. Marcin explained that we need gray magic sliders on our furniture inorder not to mark or gouge the floors. He provided us with A Bona Started Kit which has every item you need to keep the floors dusted and clean. Macin is one of the few Certified Bona Craftsmen on Long Island and New York Our floors look amazing. The Living Room floor was in very poor condition. It is now fantastic looking.. Two of my neighbors came in to look at the floors. They were so surprised at the difference in my floors.”

“I moved into a co-op and didn't realize how much of a hassle it is to get ANYTHING done. But Freddy of NOVART was a huge help! After we agreed on what I wanted renovated in the apartment (fully renovate the kitchen and bathroom), he took over, gave me suggestions and made sure everything was up to the standard requested by the co-op management. He even was patient enough to work with the electrician and plumber that the co-op management made me hire since it was who "they" trusted.. he had to teach them what to do... The work was done quickly and professionally and even when I changed my mind during renovation, he never hesitated to work with me and gave me feedback on what we should and shouldn't do. The work was finished quickly even in the midst of the pandemic and overall I am very satisfied with the work done. No complaints and even though he offered that he'd come and fix anything that I'm not satisfied with, I haven't had the need to call him since everything was done well.”
