“We had a great experience with SW from beginning to end. We had a master suite (about 300 square feet) that needed to have an installation of laminate flooring (we had already purchased the flooring through Lumber Liquidators) along with base boards and shoe molding installed. Their estimator came out on time on a Thursday; he was professional, polite and told us we would likely be able to have a crew out as early as the following week to have the project done. The rate per square foot ($1.75/sq. foot flat rate for installation, with base boards an additional cost) was very reasonable and even cheaper in comparison to a few other contractors and a handyman we had talked to. We made our decision and called the following Tuesday to confirm the contract and schedule the installation. I was grateful and very impressed with how flexible and determined they were to earn our business when they were clearly hard pressed with their scheduling. The two man crew arrived around mid morning time (9:30) and worked straight through to finish the project by around 3:30 or 4. The floor and baseboards/shoe trim look absolutely great! We are very happy with the craftsmanship and will definitely be using SW again for the rest of our home as our remodel gradually progresses.”
