Mark was responsive and professional and took care of all of our issues - we couldn't ask for any more than that. “We had a custom wall and gate installed on top of a brick wall and later extended the wall further down the hill yard. It was more money that we originally planned to spend on a fence but I would do it again and wish I had done it sooner. I love it and my neighbors love it. The wall 'stair steps' down the hill with the grade of the hill. It is substantial, good looking, classic and will last a life time. The 9 foot gate swings smooth and latches like a dream. The customer service was outstanding. Steve Mead is so helpful and readily available to give support and ideas with your design. The install team are first rate carpenters and great with the neighbors. The Walpole name has great resale value if that is your aim -- ours was a tricky design issue. We are very pleased. I highly recommend Walpole's. We had other fence companies come with lower estimates but once we saw what Walpole's could do for us we couldn't go back. I am glad we went with the best of the best!!”
