“We had CW Designs install our patio cover. Ours was 10’x28’ with a ceiling fan. Our salesman Tony McDonald was terrific! Knowledgeable & friendly. There was a slight hiccup on the appointment date & time with our project superintendent. We apparently weren’t on his schedule, even though the office staff confirmed. But he did show the next day. Sophia Diaz provided the go between & she was great. We had the installation on 5/2/19 & Juan & his guy showed up. I can’t say enough about him! One of the most professional, organized & friendliest people. We’ve been in the middle of a backyard renovation, so we’ve been dealing with a lot of contractors. His crew of two got it done in one day! He even went above & beyond to make the electrical connection look awesome! My husband is very particular about that sort of thing & commented “he’s doing it the right way”, which after the project superintendent told us how the electrical connection would look, we were concerned it would look “rigged”.
