I thoroughly enjoyed planning the project with Ted Benson, although mine was not the largest job, it was treated with respect. “Excellent work. WIthin a day of the original phone call, someone came by. By the next week, they were working. I had a back deck completed. The workers were prompt, friendly and pleasant. They knocked it out in three days, even finishing the last part in the rain. Everything was great.”

“Pitch Concepts completed a full scope deck installation on the roof of our unit in the DePaul area (West Webster). The scope include a very large deck (approx. 70 feet by 18 feet) and included the design, supply and installation of the decking, pergola, dividing walls, natural gas piping, electrical work, lighting and artificial turf on a portion of the roof. Pitch Concepts also provide assistance and recommendations on furniture and gas grills. Pitch Concepts work on this project was exceptional. On time, on budget, high quality and incredible customer service. Great follow up as well. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend Pitch Concepts. “Unequivocal recommendation for Joel. I started the project with someone else and after repeated delays and hassles I gave Joel a call and we got the project moving along quickly. The best thing about Joel is that he stays in close contact and is flexible and responsive to change. Trust and responsiveness were best in class. Joel and his crew were genuinely invested in making sure that I was happy with the end product and he didn't try to nickel and dime me at any point. Another big plus is that all of the guys that work for Joel were friendly and professional, which really mattered to me given how much time they were spending at our place.”
