“We had a deck built by Custom Design. It is absolutely beautiful, very well built and has a very finished look. People have stopped by our house and want a closer look. The workers were very professional and respectful of us and our property. Dave spent a long time getting the plans done and didn’t freak out when we changed our minds about what we wanted. He also took care of all the permitting, we didn’t have to do any of that. We would not hesitate to hire them again. As a matter of fact we want to hire them to put in a fence next year.”

He was responsive, prompt and professional. The work crew headed up by Ron and Darren was exceptional. Their commitment to quality work and getting it right was evident throughout the entire construction phase. They were always there on time, very professional and always courteous when we had questions, etc. Their attention to detail was amazing. Our neighbors have now signed with Outdoor Living for a similar project after seeing our results and I'm sure they will be equally satisfied with their results.”

“Mark Lingo and his staff did outstanding work! They listened to what we wanted and were easy to work with. Mark was true to his word when it came to costs, materials used, timeline and the quality of work that would be performed. Our screened in porch included 5 very large columns which were difficult to work with. But Mark's staff worked carefully and skillfully and gave us exactly the look we wanted. We have had our porch for over 3 years now and are delighted with it. It blends with the rest of the house as if it has always been there.”

“I hired Patios Plus in August for my deck. Josh discussed project first and drew up plans. He contacted the city for the correct permits required. Ordered and had delivered all materials needed. My project was finished on time and I have received many compliments from neighbors, friends and family. I would recommend Patios Plus for anyone wanting a fair good company!”
