“Woodrite replaced my badly warped and worn pressure treated deck and railings on my porch in July of 2015. It took a bit of discussion and back and forth to get the materials I wanted in the colors I wanted quoted. This was not a major issue as I knew the owner was preoccupied with some other issues at the time. We ultimately got the quote completed and the work executed. The craftsman that did the work was extremely methodical and very accurate. He kept me in the loop regarding every potential problem or issue that arose and got my approval regarding his plan to deal with it. He made sure the existing framing on the porch was sound and reinforced it where necessary. He installed composite decking and railings with the highest level of craftsmanship. The job was really excellently done. The carpenter did hurt his back and also had some trouble with his van in the middle of the job. This is not a major issue but it did take a couple of extra days to complete the work. That and the delay in getting the correct quote are the only reasons I gave the company a "4 star" review instead of five. But I will reiterate that these problems were unforeseen and not in the company's control - stuff happens. Overall the job was excellent and I would definitely use Woodrite again and recommend them to my friends.”

“We've worked with Gasca's for close to 20 years, starting when we were in a single-family home. We first learned of Gasca's when we noticed the French Drain they put in at another home in the neighborhood. They provided several wonderful landscaping enhancements which we loved, from raised planting area next to our driveway; to front stoop repair with a brick walkway (adding a nice curve to the path); to a 6 ft cedar fence in the back of our yard; to buried rain gutter discharge; moving a utility shed and providing landscape accents for it (including more brick); to a stone path in a drainage swale next to the house that couldn't support grass and was often a soggy mess. Until we moved they also provided the lawn care and snow removal. We even had some plumbing and electrical done, though that wasn't a main activity for them at the time. After moving to our condo we didn't have much need for their services and lost contact for several years. Fast forward to 2 years ago, after I became involved with our HOA and began developing some thoughts about some work inside our unit. When I encountered Javier at Home Depot we caught up and I discovered that Gasca's had expanded their areas of work. I was delighted to start having Javier and his crew to help with things like siding; shiplap, drywall & painting; and more electrical. There's little that they can't do. Oh, and we've always felt that their prices were fair & comparable to others. I can't recommend them enough.”
