Get Decked Out

This is the first building project that I’ve ever embarked on. It was by chance that Rod was able to take it on. How lucky were we. We totally gutted and renovated a 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment in Neutral Bay. . Rod knows his stuff. We’ve learned that no matter how brilliant your plans are. Your builder is the one that brings them to life. Rod’s team of trades people were fantastic. His pragmatic problem solving, project management , resource management, and people management were outstanding. The neighbours all speak very highly of the team. Rod is reliable, honest, and very approachable, he readily welcomed us on site to watch progress which tracked in line with our expectations.

Rod did a fabulous repair job in my en suite - required good problem solving and technique- just excellent!

Rod Auburn, came to my attention through a friend who was having a deck built. I needed a home renovation and had no idea of how to find a builder and other trades. Within three days Rod and his team had walls removed and rebuilt, within two weeks kitchen and bathrooms were removed, waterproofed and ready for gyprocking and tiling. I cannot recommend Rod and his loyal team of tradesmen for the wonderful work they’ve done turning a tired 1980’s house into a modern looking style for todays living. Some time late last year I was driving along and took a photo of a truck advertising the building of decks. My current deck in the front of my house was 17yrs old and the wood was rotting so we had to replace it. Thank goodness for Rod and his Get Decked Out team. When we had a dream of installing a deck off our living room, we arranged for a couple of quotes from others but we didn’t feel that we were in capable hands. Then we found Rod. A master at not only construction, but also design, building, ideation and communication. He took our scribble and came back with ideas around the design and choice of materials and lighting options that made it so much better than we could have ever imagined. Rod and Brent did a terrific job on replacing our pool decking. They were professional in all aspects, consulted with us upfront and provided good advice.
