After considerable searching we engaged Australian Renovation Group (ARG) to renovate our 40 year old town-house both inside and out. The whole team approach clarified our wish-list and the advice given by the designer and supervisor was invaluable in achieving a very pleasing result. On site their very professional team of sub-contractors, under the guidance of the ARG Supervisor were always approachable and sensitive to our requirements, and we developed a respectful working relationship through our ARG Supervisor. The extensive knowledge of our Supervisor was very helpful in clarifying our sometimes vague ideas, and his resolution of some 'interesting' problems continue to impress us. Budget variations occurred as the project developed and this was not unexpected being a renovation of an existing building when unseen issues came to light. We found ARG fair in their resolution of these matters. Our renovating experience through ARG was positive and we would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional approach and a well finished product.
