“This was essentially a gut remodel of a 1900 square foot condominium that is a part time residence for us. My wife and I were very concerned about trying to accomplish the renovation remotely from our full time home. Apollo was one of several general contractors that we interviewed, and I spoke personally with several of Tyler Kestner's references before selecting Apollo. Apollo's clients spoke glowingly about working with Tyler, and I am very happy to say that our experience was equally good. Tyler's budget estimates were very accurate, and the quality of the work was excellent. He had practical suggestions for addressing the few issues that inevitably arise, and he communicated regularly regarding the process and its progress. I have a good deal of experience in homebuilding, having flipped homes and built spec homes as a hobby. We were very lucky to have found Apollo to handle this project for us. My wife and I would give Tyler our highest recommendation on quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.”

“Doug and Dez own and run Noble Heritage Builders. Doug has been building homes in the Verde Valley for years and has a strong relationship with great sub-contractors who handle everything from electrical, plumbing, grading and excavation to roofing and tile and granite. Doug uses his own framing and finishing guys who are all top quality. Doug works on the old fashioned principal that his word is his bond. I highly recommend them.”

“Bob and his crew remodeled our master bath to include a walk-in shower which was our highest priority. They made everything to.our satisfaction even though it took a couple of tries to get our mosaic stone right. He kept us apprised of each phase and was"hands on" for much of the work. “We hired Scott Gormley of Acumen Builders to be our general contractor for an extensive kitchen remodel. Our project involved a large amount of demolition and included removing a load-bearing wall, raising the ceiling height, and relocating a substantial portion of the HVAC and electrical components from below the joists to the roof (a flat roof). Before we even formally hired Scott, he made several visits to our residence to assist in the planning phase--even going to a nearby open house to see what we liked and disliked about a remodel that mirrored our floor plan. Throughout our project, Scott listened to our concerns, was knowledgeable, dependable, and used highly qualified subcontractors; he promptly paid the other trades immediately after receiving his own progress payments. The project turned out great, as you can see in the photos of "Lola's Timeless Kitchen"! We do not hesitate in recommending Scott Gormley and Acumen Builders for any of your building needs!”

“Even before my husband and I put an offer on our new house, I consulted with Lidda. She offered to come see the house with me, and was able to provide great insight into what needed to be done.
