“Chris undertook a side and rear extension on our ground floor and reconfigured a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. He is very easy to get on with, and very obviously knows what he is doing. We found Chris very solutions focussed, with no problem that he couldn’t resolve to.
We had issues with our glass, and the extractor fan due to other contractors and Chris was great at working through the issues with suppliers and coming up with a final, workable solution to a consistently high standard.
Due to issues with with glass, our project overran, and the final few small jobs took longer to resolve than we would have hoped but due to over-running his team were working around other jobs and everything was ultimately addressed, and he honoured the 12 month snag period we had put in place at the outset.
We also benefitted throughout the project from Chris’ knowledge of products and good links with suppliers. The overall finish of the job was excellent.
We had a very positive experience of Vero Construction, and would use Chris again and recommend him to others.”
